Prison University Project
Volunteer Instructor, 2011-2012

The Prison University Project at San Quentin State Prison, run through Patten University in Oakland, CA, is the only degree-granting program in California for inmates. Students take required core course and electives in order to earn their Associate’s Degree.

Project Homeless Connect links the most vulnerable San Franciscans to vital resources throughout the city. Through this project, participants access services including medical, dental and vision care, and employment assistance.
