From 2004-2005, Lindsey worked in the production office of the Tony-Award winning Goodman Theater. As such, she wrote reports analyzing production challenges of potential scripts to aid with season planning. She also managed purchasing and payroll for union employees in the scene and props shops.

In 2003 Lindsey was hired as an Assistant Stage Manager for Northern Stage, a regional theater in Vermont. After one production, she was promoted to Production Stage Manager. Productions included: Ain’t Misbehavin’, All My Sons, Guess who’s Coming to Dinner, and Three Days of Rain.
